I dont know much about the Cleavland , OH area but doing research on this rental building and looking up it's county record it sounds like a steal.
They are selling it for 275K , it is a 16 unit apartment and 90% of the units rented out. I went over the numbers and it was odd that for a property selling for 275K the real estate tax is aroun 24K, when I checked the county record the market value is
at 465K.. May fly to Ohio and check it out, it seems it may need to be fixed up but still it sounds like a good deal.
