I stopped doing whispers. Here's why.
When the client doesn't answer, but the voicemail picks up, Callrail will still whisper and then connect the call, so the caller only hears the second half of the voicemail message. It leads to less messages (since people in general are leaving less and less messages this isn't as big an issue as it used to be. YMMV).
While on the topic, I am not thrilled with the texting capabilities either, and usually turn that off... Again YMMV.
