Besides everyone is in the rant thread anyways.

If and when this becomes more than "an idea" or "just learning and having fun" I'll likely start it.

For now I am trying to build an "easy" internal tool. Mostly I want to see how good AI can be at neg keywords. The regular AI were awful at it and I believe this was due to tokenization of the words. They were good at sentiment, but not at a detailed task like neg keywords.

Haven't tested the latest openai models either.

If I can force them to be systemic in their thinking with this project, then things might get interesting.

Or maybe people here are so far ahead of me that they think I'm barking up the wrong tree.

Either way, I think I just not ready for an progress thread. I'm still "playing around".

You wanna hear my STOOPID moment of the day?

So I spent about an hour going back and forth. I kept getting an error. AI kept giving me tweaks. Then I'd get a different error. Then it would give me tweaks. Then I would get that first error. Back and forth and back and forth.

I stepped away from the keyboard, talked to my girlfriend for a bit, and when I came back, I decided I would just save everything and try again tomorrow.

Except that little voice in my head said, try again right now.

It worked!!! I made a hello world appear on the screen for the first time ever!

THE ISSUE WAS I WASN'T SAVING MY CHANGES!!!

My business partner calls these "Seat To Key" errors.

The AI didn't tell me to save it! Lolol. And the YouTube videos either don't mention it or edit out the save in the interest of time.

I tell ya, artificial intelligence is still no match for natural ignorance.
