I've kept a journal for about 5 years now and it has really helped me a lot. I'm just wondering who out there also keeps one and how has it benefited you? Would love to hear about it. Especially from a male perspective.
The main reasons I use it for are:
It has helped me so much that I decided to put all the good bits of learned into one journal. I call it 'The Captains Log' which I think has a nice ring to it. Running a Kickstarter for it at the moment which is going ok but it has made me realise I may have not done enough market research for it. Whoops
Any how I would love to here some opinions on this. Is writing in a notebook/journal for you? or is it all digital these days
The main reasons I use it for are:
- Setting goals
- My 3 most important daily tasks
- writing a list of things I'm grateful for each day
- Reflecting on where I'm going in all facets of life.
- To keep track of my habits and keep my life in balance
