**This is not the offical B&P thread - This is just to give advanced notice for ticket sales.**
As many of you know: Myself, The Truth, and JasonR are organizing B&P 2014. We felt it was best to make this post in advance so the people who get tickets are not the ones that happen to sign on the forum at the time I post it. Forward this info to any friends on the forum who might not sign in on a regular basis and want to go.
B&P 2014 Tickets will go on sale at 8p.m. EST (5pm Arizona time) This Sunday October 13, 2012
Edit - There will be 30 spaces open and ticket sales went FAST last year. Plan accordingly.
We DO NOT have a venue or exact time set in stone yet, but are shooting for February 21, 22, and 23 - 2014 and it will be held in Scottsdale, Arizona. I expect to have that contract signed by next friday. Hotel booking and more info will be posted then.
Tickets will be $225 and will include:
Friday - Breakfast, lunch, dinner (possibly catered at mikes with other food/drinks), meeting room all day
Saturday - Breakfast, lunch, dinner (possibly catered at mikes with other food/drinks), meeting room all day
Sunday - Meeting room and most likely a get together at Mike's house again.
Tickets will NOT include hotel rooms.
I will be locking in a group rate to get discounted hotel rooms when I sign the dotted line.
Based on experiences from previous years - I suggest to arrive Thursday afternoon and stay into Monday morning.
**Check the forums around 8pm EST Sunday for the official B&P 2014 thread to get tickets. All the specifics of the event will be discussed there and I will ask a moderator to close this thread at that point.**
Also a big thanks to past year's organizers for helping us out throughout the planning process. They are busy with their businesses so please don't direct any specific questions towards them.
