The Annual 2016 Fastlane Summit.

Ladies and gentleman, here are the details!

DATES:
Friday February 19th, Saturday 20th, and Sunday the 21st for a half day.

LOCATION:
Talking Stick Resort and Casino, Scottsdale Arizona

TICKETS:
$399.99 -- includes 2 1/2 days of speakers (12-18 speakers).

TICKETS AVAILABLE:
100 (If demand warrants, we might be able to increase this size)
(MUST BE 18 OR OLDER)

TICKET SALE DATE:
Tickets are estimated to be going on sale the week of November 9th. Exact date will be disclosed a few days prior.

ROOMS:
Rooms will be available for our meetup group at $229/night plus applicable taxes. This room rate is below the going rate for the hotel and the rooms are limited. Also it should be noted: This is the beginning of spring training so I expect the hotel to be booked as the event approaches.

Also, the nearest hotel (as of this post) is more expensive and showing $300/night. Your best bet here is to book at this hotel and not something nearby as by the time you add in travel (taxis/ubers) your cost will probably be the same, or perhaps, more.

Although I live in Phoenix, I will be booking at the hotel to ensure I get the full experience of the meetup. As many past attendees will tell you, the great thing about the meetup is the networking and the social experiences that go beyond the actual conference.

Accepted speakers will receive their ticket at HALF PRICE and be GUARANTEED one. If you want to speak (30-45 minutes, TBD) start thinking about putting together a presentation proposal. We are looking for speakers relative to startup processes, investment, motivation, sales, real estate, marketing -- anything relevant to the group as a whole.

A) This is a casino with a Las Vegas feel... spas, night clubs, blackjack, poker rooms, buffet, etc.

B) Last year's location (and room) was filled to max capacity so we sought a venue that provided a larger room as well as a greater social experience for the attendees.

C) Some food and beverage will be provided although those details are yet to be determined since the hotel has made us liable for hotel rooms. The more rooms you guys book, the better the deal will get insofar as food provided (breakfast/lunch/events, etc.)

I will throw in my hat as a speaker. The topic I would like to present on is related to my post here:

I would present on a unique real estate investment idea of buying properties in multiple countries and living rent free as you travel between the properties and renting them out as short term rentals in the interim.

For example, one of my places show a 19% roi (return on investment) with 7% ncy (net cash yield), plus I get to live there.

This is a niche topic and doesn't need to be strictly international as anyone interested in this can do it anywhere in the world the opportunity arises.

On a somewhat related topic, I could also present on living as a digital nomad and the tools I use when traveling to remain productive.

Of course I can always give an asset protection presentation, but I've done that at the meetup and thought I'd do something a bit different.

Either way I'm in.

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I'll ask anyway... is there any chance of doing a live stream of speakers who are open to it? To maybe a private area for INSIDERS? Periscope?

Maybe, say, an advance 24 hour window to buy before opening it up to the general public?

We should have a code when you book the hotel which will be announced with tickets. If people try to book now, it won't count toward our room obligation.

I should also note that last year we sold out in a few hours without any advanced notice. This year I will do a better job and give a firm date of release and the terms so people can plan accordingly. I suspect that the tickets will go in less than an hour (since people will be given a heads-up.)

Will INSIDERS have the first shot on tickets?

The exact terms of release have not been determined.

Just FYI:

You can only get the discount by CALLING IN to book your room.

The hotel is having trouble generating our Booking ID# but we should have it tonight or tomorrow morning, at the latest. You can use the name Fastland Meetup to get the rate in the mean time, but you must CALL IN.

As some of you know, this is prime time tourist season here in the valley, so you'll want to book sooner rather than later on the hotel.

No scalping tickets. (whenever the come available) There is honor amongst us theives. There is going to be a waiting list, so if you are fortunate enough to get a ticket and can't use it, there will be a system for you to get it in to the right hands. We're capitalists for the most part, but not at the expense of other forum members.
