Admins, it wont let me update my first post any more, can you guys fix that?

MJ has an anti-spam tool that locks any post after a certain number of days, so I doubt the admins will be able to over-ride it. There is a common trick where marketers make a post and then come back after a month or two and drop links into their old posts to avoid the admins catching their spam.

They would have to give you admin rights to be able to edit it.

I typically take pictures regardless since its a great way to track visual progress... which lets be honest, is usually the most important to most people besides health if that is a concern.

This last week had much more difficult results. Tightened my diet and increase my exercise activity, but lost basically nothing. Sometimes the body takes time to adapt to new regiments. Will keep plugging away and see if we can turn better results in week 3.

Sorry for being delayed on the updates, been focused on getting stuff done lately.

Currently at 220.7 - although the bf on the [cheap] scale is saying 40 something percent now.

Guess it was too much to hope for consistency, rather than accuracy. lol

Haven't you heard of the Chipotle diet? It's in the book 4HB, page 93.

But yes they gave me a free dinner last Friday and then at the Phoenician the waitress gave me a free Coke (not on the diet). Must have been free food Friday for me.

That was customer service that SUCS. I was wondering if the owners saw Undercover Boss from 2 weeks ago where the Baja Fresh manager gave people who ate their often free lunches.

My secret weapon is my vacation next week. 4 days of 5-10 mile hikes a day at altitude. Should come back down 5 pounds if the food sucks.

I am still 145.6 today. I just got back and I thought for sure I had gained weight. The food on the trip was incredible and I ate alot of food! I guess the good news is that I ate ALOT of food and didn't gain a pound. I'll go get my BF tested this week.
