It's easier for me to decide on one industry. It's a normal industry with clear demand and existing search traffic even for smaller cities (I've checked one so far). There's no reason why it wouldn't work. I just don't want another unknown because instead of trying hard I would then just move on to another industry after facing the first obstacle.
