The problem is they're not telling you the entire story. The only problem is lead flow. There are only so many people searching for carpet cleaning in our city and I need to keep my employee busy.
I like the one for home interior renovators... I would pitch it as THEM selling your service at whatever margin they wish, you just get paid your price, the rest can be their profit. This is one that you could pitch via cold calling too, as it's very obvious, and actually would give them a competitive edge too if they can offer your service in addition to theirs.Makes sense.
Any Business
"Regulars carpet cleans save money in the long run so you dont need to replace the carpet as a whole."
Property Managers.
"Our carpet cleaning services will raise the value of your property"
AirBNB Owners:
"Here are pictures of mold that grew in these airbnbs since they didnt get them deep cleaned every month"
Home interior renovators
"You can give us the contacts of clients with carpets who you finish doing a job on and we can sell them carpet cleaning since it will be dirty from the last job and we'll give you a cut"
@Black_Dragon43
Do you think i can educate them through cold email?
What is this magic?

When I started going to the gym, a guy I regularly hung out with went:I am surprised they are even back on the rack. That in itself is a rarity.
Regulation in 3… 2…This story makes it sound like anyone using Freelancers has probably hired North Korean hackers. I assume the story is true, but everything seems like a war on small businesses lately:
"The Justice Department said Wednesday that IT workers dispatched and contracted by North Korea to work remotely with companies in St. Louis and elsewhere in the US have been using false identities to get the jobs. The money they earned was funneled to the North Korean weapons program, FBI leaders said at a news conference in St. Louis."
"Jay Greenberg, special agent in charge of the St. Louis FBI office, said any company that hired freelance IT workers "more than likely" hired someone participating in the scheme. An FBI spokeswoman said Thursday that the North Koreans contracted with companies across the US and in some other countries."
Other suspected teams:
Droopy Nips and Whiz Rock guy
JrJohnny and Johnny Boy
Private Witt and ? (just kidding!)
The question is why would they go through so much effort and use the same IP?
What is this magic?

You guys know that huge rock?
Yes that one, travelling about 1.6 million miles (2.6 million km) a day,
or 66,627 mph (107,226 km/h).
I've just yesterday finished putting 200 hornbeam trees into it.
Thought I ought to let you know, since we are all sitting on it
Go! Go and open your own cafe!
What's your excuse now?
Um... Have you started a business yet?
I'm confused, why was I tagged? Same IP? Can someone explain?

Lol I got scared thinking I was gonna get banned. I wasn’t even thinking straightIt a running joke bud.
So JLE has a thread about bodybuilding and I recently suggested it belonged on a bodybuilding forum. Then suddenly you pop up with another bodybuilding thread, so the joke is that you obviously are a fake account to increase the amount of bodybuilding content on the forum.
Like I said, just a joke. Welcome to the forum. We kid around with the people we like.
Jokes are definitely less funny when they need explaining.
I'm banning you. You're clearly MJ's second account.I've been on the platform about a week and I can already tell there is A LOT of value to be learned by new users like myself. What i've also noticed is the insane amount of low quality posts of just lazy a$$ people putting in zero effort to provide any value first of all, but second not even asking good questions. Questions like: What do you think about this, how would I go about this, how exactly do I execute this. Do some F*cking research yourself, you think people are just gonna give you the answers to wealth with a 2 sentence worthless question.
Anyways that's the quick rant.

Went to several fall festivals this year at different locations. Multiple festivals just today. They all have a huge problem. The vendors are stale. One vendor copies the next vendor's products. Year after year a bunch of copycats and no creativity.
I don't know if I'll go again next year. Nothing stood out. Wood-carved American flags. T-shirts with quirky slogans. A bunch of jewelry nobody wants. Crocheted stuffed toys that are "unique" except they're not.
Fall festivals around here used to be super creative. You'd go there and find actually interesting and cool handmade stuff. Now it just feels like walking through Hobby Lobby.
That about sums it up. ugh.The infamous wood carving of "Faith, family and friends?" LOL.
