If you are above 25, life becomes more about preserving your energy and vitality, so I'd say exercise equipment and ergonomic tools.
There's also things we don't think about, that we can be grateful for: Water, power, sewers, internet, supermarkets, modern transportation. Those are fantastic value if you think about what the alternatives are.
