They help to train you to remain positive and think larger than day to day life.

How to Win Friends and Influence People - may seem a little dated, but provides great examples on how to deal with people.

The Millionaire Fastlane - Not the first book for advocating creating an online business, but I like the metaphors of the various speed lanes. Also, this forum.

Your Money or Your Life - I love how this book breaks down what money is, and helps to give a good view of it. It also provides another path to early retirement beyond starting your own business.

Edit, @Charnell's post reminded me of one more: Art of War.

Just finished 'Get Smarter' by Seymour Shulich, who is Canadian billionaire and philanthropist.
