Day 39

I’ve got covid. Almost gave up yesterday just could not get my water in and had no energy and I was expecting todays symptoms to be even worse so I was talking myself into just quitting there and then and letting my body rest.

Then I went for a walk and kind of got my second wind, felt a lot better, did my second workout, stayed up late and drank all my water and I’m glad I did because I feel better today so should be fine now.
