False. It's so motivating to see QUICK progress. And after a longer fast you will feel full WAY easier.fasting may help but you’ll lose motivation fast. Create a caloric deficit while eating full. Best strategy.
I did a 6 day 22 hour fast last year and I got amazing results in a single week. It only got easier over time. After 3-4 days I didn't feel hungry anymore.
