I'll jump straight to it.
Here's my dilemma and what I'd like advice on.
I want to build a SaaS system for barber shops/salons & need to learn how to code to do it as I can't afford to hire developers. I have been learning to code for just over a month or so and expect to finish the basic courses in a couple weeks time. I also don't think I really have the left over money to invest in product testing & idea validation after the investments, driving lessons & food money comes out.
Which of the following should I do?
- Make a plan to learn web design & development to freelance for extra income
- Try finding another 'regular' job during the week for extra income & learn code
- Continue learning code 'full-time' and figure out how to build the SaaS business whilst maintaining my current monthly income.
Some other notes:
I need 3-4k for a car and insurance (plus 100-200 a month for fuel).
I can spend 50 a month on books.
If you made it this far, thank you so much for reading, this forum has opened my eyes to so many things. If anyone has some advice for a 17 year old kid, I'd be the most grateful one in the world.

- I make between 300-450GBP per month with my weekend jobs (pay varies due to overtime & no. weeks in the month).
- I invest 100GBP per month into mutual funds.
- Driving lessons are between 140-180GBP per month (depending how many weeks are in the month).
- Food expenses range drastically depending how much I'm out (I'm actively going out less to save money).
