What an ad, brought back memories of various childhood cars. The little silver Porsche 928 when I was very young, the red model Ferrari my Dad got me for getting some school award....

Business class costs about 3-5x more and I say it’s about 10x better if you are flying internationally and 2x better if it’s domestic.

    The main perks are:
    Fast check in *
    Access to lounge *
    First to board
    First luggage at baggage claim
    Great food
    Close bathroom
And most of all comfy large seats *

The asterisks are the most important!

I’ve flown private twice when the company I worked for had a jet. It only sat 8. What’s nice is that my flight was 9am and I’d show up at 8:55 park and walk straight to the plane. There’s no security check or lines. Flying to work 300 miles away was actually faster than driving to my office in downtown Chicago.

Randomness and causation are quite compatible.

First of all, you nail it on the head. We often lack enough information to describe something well enough to make good predictions, and outcomes thus appear random.

Very well, in that case things only appear random, and we know causality is safe.

But there are certainly processes in this world that are truly random. Is causation still maintained there?

What about nuclear decay? Here certain types of atoms spontaneously emit an alpha particle. This decay is truly random. There is no pattern to radioactive decay; there is no way to calculate when the next one will happen, even in principle.

There is, however, a known cause. The alpha particle has uncertain energy, and eventually it will have enough energy to tunnel out of the atom and escape.

Here we have a known cause, a definite effect, but a purely random occurrence.

    Birdbox on Netflix.

Can I get my 2 hours back?

It infuriates me that people write this sh*t and someone in Hollywood with supposedly a lot of talent, money, and authority says, "OMG, this is good sh*t, we should allocated $20 million to it and create a movie!"

Darn it, oh well, guess there's always a job!

    Now we have co-working spaces.

I was surprised to find one of my meetup.com meetings at one. Had all the trimmings, like a small coffee bar, projectors, well-lit seating areas. I thought the concept hadn't formally solidified in my country yet.

Unfortunately, I don't think the youngsters know that a co-working space is a place to WORK. I passed by a few laptops on the way for a toiler break, and they had Youtube and games on. :inpain::inpain::inpain:

Now you know how I feel when I watch Dreamworks' Prince of Egypt, and they turn into a joke with Boss Baby and Shrek.:bored:

Prince of Egypt was simply majestic. Even when I watch reruns online, non-Christians were praising it for the art, emotional pulls and music.

Random Thoughts on Regret and Why You Should Start NOW and Stop Making Excuses!
If there is one thing more painful than failure (and aside from death), I believe it's regret.

The regret of lazing around and being complacent in your life.

The regret of quitting too early/not following through your plan.

The regret of not starting a business even if you had an idea in your head.

The regret of letting the SCRIPTED mediocrity eat your soul away.

I think the source of all regret is wasted time, for time is unforgiving; it doesn't come back once its gone. And all you'll tell to yourself is: "I wish I done this sooner!"

Good news! You can always change your life by changing your lifestyle. By this time, you should have learned well. You should have learned that:
    • you should stop making excuses, and
    • start taking action NOW.
If you have something in mind, do it. If you can't do it right away, take little steps: read a book/blog related to it, learn the necessary skill, save (if it requires upfront capital), whatever you know you need to do.

And don't be fooled by these two lies:

"I'll just do it next time. I'll have time for it soon."

The next thing you know, you'll regret doing it later than sooner. Or, would you even do it, or it's always a next time?

    "I don't have time."

You will not have time if you don't give it time. If you don't give it time, you won't have time. Why? Because the SCRIPTED system will do its best to take away tons of your time so you'll work for it in servitude. Under the trap of consumerism, you are made to work (taking your time and energy). After the paycheck, you get to consume (and the vicious cycle begins spinning... and spinning and spinning... until all you have left are a few years).

Your best bet is to get out of the consumerism trap, live simple (so you'll have time for truly important things... Hey, you have time now, hurray!) and that's how you change your life.

Whatever it is you want to do, whatever it is you need to do to better your life, be it building a business, getting fit, or something else...

    Give it time.
    Stop making excuses.
    Do it NOW.

May I add another one: And give your 100%. Don't half-a$$ it!

I looked through the whole yogurt section of my local Kroger (it's huge). I found only two, hidden in the top left corner... see if you can find them locally:

    YQ by Yoplait
    Siggi's.

What's funny is that I guess no one's been buying the Siggi's, because they were all marked 75% off, and I scooped up what was left for my kids to snack on. 9g of sugar... significantly less then the next lowest brand. Texture was awesome, kids loved it. Was remarkably un-sweet, compared to the sugary yogurt I grew up eating. But still good.

I want more juicy details on this forum when ppl randomly share info about how everything went “horribly totally wrong” and how they’ll “never do that business again”

Ffs. What type of business was it?!? I’m over here banging my head against a wall to learn the crap I need to learn and rearrange my whole damn life the LEAST these ppl could do is give me some freaking drama when they fail. Sheesh.

Yes. This has everything to do with the moon and the fact that I’m single. Go suck on a rock.

Was excited when I heard about a new Supra but I have to admit, this is disappointing.

    Looks like an Alfa Romeo.

New Toyota GR Supra | Toyota.com

Kinda reminds me on the "new Viper reveal" some years ago which I also was stoked about being a big Viper guy, that also, IMO, was pretty meh. And the sales subsequently proved it.

Not surprising. Our education system is an indoctrination camp as is our media. You have to think critically to step outside that box. Most young people don't -- they believe whatever their smartphone says, namely, Bernie is cool, Trump is a Russian operative, Capitalism and business is evil, and of course, if you're earning an income better than poverty, well, you aren't paying "your fair share."

    It's disgusting.
