<div class="bbWrapper">Hi, I&#039;m Biancca. I&#039;m 34, earn 6 figures at my job and I absolutely hate being stuck there. <br /> It&#039;s a &#039;golden handcuffs&#039; kind of job. The money is good, the company car is great, but the work environment is horrendous. <br /> I&#039;ve had my job threatened on multiple occasions and that type of stress that insecurity creates is horrible to live with.<br /> <br /> I realised this year that I need to change my life.<br /> <br /> The rat race is a game that l will always lose in and I&#039;ve absolutely had enough of it. I am unhappy, exhausted and living in a stress state 24/7. My mindset lives in scarcity mode and that is a bloody nuisance too! <br /> <br /> I want to build a business and most importantly, become an entrepreneur and become a self-made millionaire. I&#039;m currently reading the Fast Lane and I&#039;m very much enjoying it! <br /> <br /> My biggest problems are: I have so many ideas and I believe it&#039;ll never &#039;happen&#039; to me. <br /> <br /> I&#039;m hoping mingling with like-minded individuals is going to help me move past my limiting beliefs and help create my business!</div>

If we want to get more out of life, we need to think seriously on what exact role this work is getting done-- and how it can be levelled up to some higher-value business.<br /> <br /> What&#039;s your current job? If you are good at it...maybe it could filter out all your ideas to a core few that you are more confident in?</div>

I&#039;m trying to build a YouTube channel; <br /> Currently, I am an employee advocate (I work for a Union) which in Australia, they&#039;re a pretty big deal, and they can have lots of influence and they have strong legal rights and protections. <br /> I&#039;m not a &quot;union&quot; or Labor person. <br /> I worked a shitty retail job prior and I got offered a job. Of course I took it ... $600 per week to 6 figures. Duh! <br /> <br /> I help people with their work problems; Bullying, writing and submitting complaints, roster disputes, pay disputes, interpersonal issues, etc. Plus, as you&#039;ve read, I&#039;ve had my own host of issues in my job (and so many more!) <br /> <br /> My passion is... I love helping people and building relationships. I know I&#039;m good at both these things and my clients give great feedback.<br /> <br /> My YouTube (YourWorkBestie) is in the beginning phase and I thought I&#039;d create videos which help people with their work problems and use my negative experiences to help guide people at work, since that&#039;s my knowledge base. <br /> <br /> I also have another channel (Biancca), focusing on self-development and learning to love yourself. However, I am investing more time in my advocate channel because I figure I can create more exciting content in long and short form over the long term. <br /> Plus, work topics would have a much farther reach in my opinion, than psychology would. <br /> I&#039;m currently on annual leave, I&#039;m off for just over 1 month and using every single day to do something with my YouTube. <br /> <br /> I am unsure what business I could start.
