For those in Tampa, the likelihood around 1PM today that I will be sitting on a park bench at the sponge docks smoking a cigar and watching tourists is 100%. Because...it's Friday.
Unless you're a stalker (and I have one of those right now... he's just thankfully not from the forum). If you have zero posts, don't come. Other than that... message @Scot if you want to know where to meet up.
I'm going to make it down to Tampa one day this summer. Maybe it can be around the next meetup there and we can smoke a few
If you ever get down to Tarpon Springs at the sponge docks there is a guy who sits in a little booth and hand rolls cigars. Awesome experience to just sit by the sponge docks and smoke one of his better than average hand rolled masterpieces.
In fact, I think I will go down there this afternoon.
I might have to invite you and your bottle of scotch over sometime.
Punch or cut. Discuss.
I am about to spend more than is reasonable on a humidor I fell in love with.
Post pictures of your humidification systems... Anything from a ziplock baggie and a sponge up to the crazy humidor I'm about to buy.
I am currently using two vertical humidors that each hold around 10 cigars with a boveda humidification envelope.
In addition, since I only had space for 20 cigars and had more than that on hand my overflow is a portable plastic cigar humidor that I stuck a Boveda pack into also. Does the job but that one doesn't have a gage. I can only assume the humidification envelope is doing its job.

Punch or cut. Discuss.
Mainly because you never run the risk of getting pieces of the cigar on your tongue LOL
This is one of the main reasons I like a good punch.
That, and its easier to carry ( built into my torch ) than another cutter.
I also dont have to worry about the wrapper coming apart near the cut too.
Nice! I have a couple pipes as well!Recently switched from cigars to this bad boy. Once I develop the strength of character, switching to a MacArthur pipe.

Your friend sounds like a stable genius. Probably with the strength and chest hair of a silverback gorillaA good friend of mine has had me try a couple of his pipes... they’re ok, but I think I still prefer cigars.
In general, punch. I like the V cut sometime (not sure if the name is correct).Punch or cut. Discuss.
