Here's my biz plan for an app that generates cash flows thru a rewards-based ad system (thought it could work with any ad system with some modification). This ad system claims an eCPM of $7-$50, so let's go with $7 or $8. I start out the first year with 1000 people a day being rewarded for their daily log-in on the app.

Yearly income: about $3000 (a bit optimistic, but these figures are all ballpark)
My plan is to have $3M real dollars in 10 years. Let's assume a stingy 2% real rate of return on accumulated assets. This is a viral app so it has exponential growth. My assumption here is that users double every year, regardless of the real growth curve they all need to be exponential.
As to the nature of the app that'll have to come later, but it is unique and does generate real value. If it's going to work they will be long-term users, it's not like a game that's consumed and thus has lots of churn. It's also going to get users the hard way, one at a time. Here I'd just appreciate some feedback on the core financial mechanics of the business plan. Basically I'm trying to do an internet/app startup that only needs to generate enough perpetual income for my own lifestyle. 250k users after a decade seems feasible to me.
