Inspired by a discussion on the daily chat thread... What do you believe is overvalued and undervalued by society today in 2022?

Overvalued:
Travel - I built a life setup I love, why do I need to routinely run away from and incur costs, physically, financially, and mentally for marginally different scenery without all of my custom preferences?

Undervalued:
Excellent understanding of the opposite sex. - I've known many great businessmen that fall to this and suffer decades of heartache, mental torture, and financial damage mostly due to a lack of mastery and understanding of human nature.

What about you guys?.. maybe I'll need to make some adjustments...
