Hey Guys,
And yes, mostly guys. I have yet to come across some women in the Forum... but I wanted to get some constructive criticism on my most recent YouTube post > "Money is a Spiritual Tool: 3 Steps to Reprogram Your Money Mindset".
I'll start by saying I'm still very new to video editing and talking to the camera. I just started YouTube in January 2024 and have committed to getting 1% better with each video I post weekly. My channel is about Yoga, so most all of my content is focused around stretching, a spiritual mindset, and general health.
The thing about YouTube is that: I'm human and have lots of interests. So just focusing on yoga is hard when I want to create a review about chocolate, make a video about paddleboarding, or record a vlog style video of my time on vacation, haha! I see the potential with YouTube and content creation as a Fastlane route like MJ mentioned in his Fastlane book, but I need some real honest good feedback here. Of course my mom says she loves the videos and they're great, but I know she's just trying to be encouraging, but encouragement will only get me so far. I need to get better. Please tell me how.
If you can start by watching this video and tell me how I'm sucking at YouTube, that would be HUGEEEEE!!! Open to all the good and the bad. Or if you know of any courses I should take, that'd be great too.
Thanks so much, I'm happy to be here and grateful that I found this Forum!
