Hello,

I have a question to succesful entrepreneurs:
I wonder how and where do you find people problems / groups of people with their problems?
What strategie do you have?

I'm searching online: forums, facebook groups... and I spend a lot of time there recently.

Cheers

They discuss issues, problems and solutions.
I can give them a solution, but this solution is based on network marketing products (and not mines)

2) How do you find a group facebook you can help with your skills and competence?

Getting involved with a community helps. The stuff i know about some niches puts us way ahead of other affiliates. All because i signed up on some forums and engaged with the userd on it

Facebook has tons of groups, Reddit as well, and tons of other forums. I usually focus on everything to do with psychology, philosophy, holistic healing, mental toughness, and other niches under the Umbrella of psychology or has to do with the mind. You hone your skills and competence by learning on certain subject matter, studying it thoroughly, hanging out in those forums and threads, and learning what the problems are, and it's up to you to problem solve and come up with solutions. When you have solutions others will listen.

Don't seek for it too far.

I went to the world expo in Milan this weekend and there were like 200k visitors every day. That meant very long waiting lines. Same with amusement parks. People hate waiting. That's an opportunity.

I also had a great idea for an app this weekend: a sort of dating app that tracks the people you crossed paths with (some people are too shy to approach). After writing down everything, I found out it already exists under the name of happn and it's just one year old.

My problems: having too much books to read. Some dudes started a website where you can download summaries of business books.

Just listen to people complaining. Listen to their problems. Just don't lock yourself up at home.

I thought people prefere read whole entire book.
Do you know does a site like book advisor online exist?

Edit: I've looked up. Yes, it's for example http://www.getabstract.com/. So it's a huge company in this niche. It would be hard to compete. But the good new it doesn't exist in my language/country not at all.

(This works best for ideas that you are going to sell directly to consumers or even small businesses):

1. Create a Wordpress site in about 15 minutes, design a decent landing page that presents your solution (whether or not it actually already exists - it doesn't matter yet).

2. Install Google Analytics or some other tracking to your site so you can track your visitors' activity

3. Have a "buy it now" button that takes you to an e-mail sign-up page (where you can say that the product is launching soon and they can sign up to get notified as soon as it's ready).

4. Spend a hundred bucks or so on PPC ads (Facebook or Google) driving would-be customers to your site.

5. See what those people do on your site. How many of them click on the link to buy? How many of them sign up for your e-mail list - meaning they really, really want the product.

Even if you spend two or three hundred dollars to run a test like this and nobody is interested, it didn't go to waste. Imagine how much time/money you would've spent developing the product only to find out it won't sell.

* Make sure your landing page is good - just as good as you would make it if you had something to really sell. And your PPC ad copy, too.

If your product is something that you can develop relatively quickly, then why not pre-sell it? That's another great way to see if your idea will sell.

There's always been times I didn't know what to do. If I sat around waiting for someone else to give me the answers I would have never found the Fastlane. When anything breaks down in life, whether materialistic, psychological, spiritual, emotional, physical, or even financially, there's always a problem, and at first you may not know the solution. This is where you start asking questions. Why isn't it working, and what do I have to do to fix it. Gather evidence, facts, evaluate the situation, make observations, do research, and usually somewhere in there you find the answer.
