I am yet to interview them tomorrow.

What questions are they likely to ask me before I hire them?

They won’t openly ask but they may be wondering:

1) Will you be in business next year?

2) If I pin my flag to your mast then how far can we go?

3) Is this a meritocracy? Will I be rewarded if I go the extra mile, or is this one of those gigs where I’m just paid by the hour?

4) If I stay a couple of years then how much better will my CV look?

5) Should I work for you or just go freelance?

6) Why should I work for you guys and not the 5 agencies up the road?

7) What’s your management style? Will you micro-manage me to death, or trust me to do the thing you hired me to do?

8) What’s your values? Do they match mine?

9) Who does you business serve? How are they doing during this C0VlD-19 crisis?

10) Can I work from home? How does that work?

11) How do you treat your clients? If I bring you clients then how will it reflect on me once they’re doing business with you?

12) Why should clients hire your agency and not the multitude of others?

13) What’s your offer to clients in a nutshell?

14) How have you currently been making sales?

15) Why are you after another salesman?

16) What about your offer seems to resonate with prospects?

17) If you had time to do the sales yourself then what avenues would you pursue?

18) What’s the baseline salary?

19) Is there any commission? How does that work?

20) What sales material do you already have?

21) What are your packages? What happens if clients I brought move up through those packages?

22) What do you do to keep clients?

23) How long do clients normally stay with you?

24) What great case studies do you have?

25) How do you get prospects/leads for me to follow up, or do I do that?

26) Do you have a referral program?

27) What’s the company background? How did it start? What stories can I tell people?

28) What’s your background? How technical are you? How good are you as a business owner?

29) What challenges do you see for the business?

30) What opportunities do you see for the business?

31) Likewise for your clients businesses. What’s comes up if they do a SWOT analysis?

32) Do you normally deal with the business owners or someone else in the business?

Etc.
