Some food for thought today.
Gosh I read a lot of posts about what people don't want, or distractions people have, or "reasons" why someone can't get to where they want to get to.
For example, the plethora of anti-social media posts. "I can't spend time on my business because I'm addicted to the YouTube". Or porn. Or Reddit, etc.
So over in this thread
(By the way, lots of good tips to minimize social use on that thread)

I don't know if this was a joke or serious. But I think it's brilliant. This comment represents the kind of thinking that is rare for an entrepreneur to achieve.
Because this comment shows how to take a perceived weakness and turn it into a strength.
Who's going to be better at YouTube than someone who is addicted to youtube? Who's going to be more motivated?
I know, I know, I'm not suggesting all YouTube addicts need to go out and start YouTube channels.
My point is this...
We spend an inordinate amount of time talking on this forum about how to become somebody we currently are not. We call that growth, and it often is a very good thing.
But sometimes it makes sense to lean into your basic nature.
I'll highlight @Johnny boy as one such poster. He has made comments before about how he doesn't really want to work. I'm not sure if he called himself lazy, or if that's my interpretation of something he has said in the past.
But this desire not to do the work is so strong, that he will work 16 hours a day for weeks on end to produce some thing, some improvement...
That it's going to save him from having to work 16 hours a day for the rest of his life.
"Laziness" is a commonly seen as a negative quality. But JB will own it and use it.
BRD's comment above highlights it too.
So dear reader, when you take stock of yourself and find "weakness" ask yourself if this truly something you need to exorcise from yourself, or if it is something you can exercise to grow your empire.
So my question for you today is simple. Can you turn a perceived weakness into strength?
Hey @Johnny boy if I misrepresented you, feel free to correct me and I'll make the proper edits.

MINDSET - How I reclaimed 4 hours of my day by hacking social media.
Hey everyone, I wanted to share a recent discovery I made that has completely changed my relationship with social media. I have found a way to delete Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube from my phone, but still run a successful business using Facebook Business Suite. Using the Meta Business Suite...

Just start a YouTube agency. Then it's R&D.
