Well it's not stumbling distance to my grandma's condo, but it looks awesome.

@VegasMan, I can't answer for the mods or event organizers, but I can say that this is usually 100% forbidden. The presentations are very very useful and the INSIDERS' knowledge is far too valuable to chance it getting set loose on the internets.

I'm going to check the dates for availability. It's too early to really know, but I may have an extra couple of spots for people to sleep.

You will get a heads-up and an advanced notice... something like "Tickets will go on sale at 12pm on X Date." Just show up at that time at the website and you should be good.

I will throw in my hat as a speaker. The topic I would like to present on is related to my post here:

I would present on a unique real estate investment idea of buying properties in multiple countries and living rent free as you travel between the properties and renting them out as short term rentals in the interim.

For example, one of my places show a 19% roi (return on investment) with 7% ncy (net cash yield), plus I get to live there.

This is a niche topic and doesn't need to be strictly international as anyone interested in this can do it anywhere in the world the opportunity arises.

On a somewhat related topic, I could also present on living as a digital nomad and the tools I use when traveling to remain productive.

Of course I can always give an asset protection presentation, but I've done that at the meetup and thought I'd do something a bit different.

Either way I'm in.

This would be an amazing topic.
