I love all music genres (though Rap and Reggie aren't at the top of my list). However the stuff that comes to mind are all classic tracks. I'll just give you three:

ACDC - Thunderstruck
ZZ TOP - Blue Jean Blues
Aerosmith - Dream On

I do like a little chilled/depressing music as background noise.

I am and will always be a rock and metal head, but there are exceptions, and I surprised myself lately when this hypnotic AF cover version of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy" got stuck in my head....and it hasn't left since.... lol..

Damnit, now I wanna listen to it again

Kanye's The College Dropout album is masterful hip hop. It is so raw and connects with me pretty deeply.

I think you'd guys like School Spirit Skit 1 and School Spirit Skit 2 (not songs obviously):

Having three kids, I could honestly listen to the Despicable Me soundtracks all day long...I love Pharrell's work.

With that said, on a more serious music note, I think the greatest album ever written was Pet Sounds by the Beach Boys. As a product of the 80s/90s, I grew up on Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, The Wallflowers, Alice in Chains, etc., so I'm a little biased in that direction.

Been on a classical kick for awhile. Dvorak with Kertesz conducting. Pure GOLD.

There are too many to list for me and I am all over the place from 80's pop to 90's alternative to lo-fi hip hop, to gangster rap, to instrumental Beastie Boys, country music, 60's rock, and even today's music from the younger crowd.

I hate picking just 1, but I NEVER get tired of the intro guitar riff on this track.

Nothing quite like "flying" home late on almost empty german motorways, using all three to four lanes (for turns etc.), enjoyable smooth 220-240km/h (136-149 mph) on the speedometer, listening to Alter Bridge, Tremonti, Pagan's Mind or alike...
