It's pretty much back to normal now here.
You can do what you like, and NSW have dropped V passports.
It's more so now, just tolerating the mindset of people about this, how scared some are.

Wow, this is the first I’m hearing of this, pretty crazy if it’s true.

I’d never thought of it before but Apple could start a search engine and dominate the market so easily.

I wonder if this was another bit of their motivation to destroy Facebook ads tracking.

As Mj mentioned, answering the phone and showing up on time are value skews in the trades because most are so useless.

However, this business uses google ads/seo and a direct response style landing page that’s basically a long form sales page like a guru course to sell a trade. It’s awesome, I’m not surprised he is doing so well.

I was going for a walk yesterday morning and saw a cleared lot full of heavy duty equipment and truck trailers. It just fired me up and I couldn't figure out why.

I just kept thinking about it. And thinking about it. About 1km of walking later it finally hit me. Human started on a raw virgin planet with literally nothing. We had earth and stone, plant life, and animals.

We were able to take the raw environment around us and completely bend it to our will. Look at what we can do now!

Sure luxury and comforts are cool, but seeing the fires of industry is what really gets me excited. Humans did this. We did this! All through the power of thought and action.

I hope that my great great grandchildren are having these same thoughts as they blast around the stars and hop between planets.

I follow a fitness influencer with a similar following who’s posted about this book on his Instagram stories a few times. Create a good product and it markets itself. He doesn’t do paid promos for other products as he makes too much selling his own stuff but if he did this is definitely $1000s worth of free marketing.

I try to minimize questions as more fields lowers conversion. The current question simply asks "Why are you joining?" and many mention my work to some degree. This field also does the work of filtering out spammers as many use that field to post affiliate links, MMO opps, and other BS.

Not surprising. Most top search results on Google are big corporations and narrative-feeding media empires, long gone are the days when a small company from Cedar Rapids Iowa could show up #1 for a particular search.

I think it would be cool for them to make a search engine, BUT I'm not too hopeful about how they would handle it.

They would probably run it just like Google, with the same censorship and selling out. Coke & Pepsi.

Duck Duck Go is its own thing, and it's pretty good.
