A lot of the other players in the voting are all of the guys that are shown on tv a lot, and Phil isn't known by a lot of the general public. He could definitely use your help, and I'd personally appreciate anyone who could help him out. It's hard to be recognized when you're an online player since you give up fame because you work from your computer instead of in front of television cameras.
