Any advice on dealing with clients who become a giant pain in the a$$? I'm working with a client who has a team of people, and everything was going well until I had to deal with their "IT guy" who is being super difficult.

They wanted a new site, so I built one from scratch, made it modern, etc. All was well until they wanted me to implement the previous forms they had on there. They used some niche form app, and for me to be able to implement them I had to request for info from their "IT guy" who has access to the admin page. He hasn't been giving me what I need, and has been slow to respond to my emails and has been smug as well. I used a different form service and I have it working, but he says he doesn't want that and still want's to use the old one.

I don't know if I should sunk cost fallacy this and keep trying to make it work because I've built the whole site and the forms are the last step, or if I should just cut my losses.

This will be my last time building sites for free beforehand, that's fore sure.
