This is a continuation to this thread here.
This thread has been a long time coming, but I just haven't had the heart to start it until I made my first few sales.
To sum up the story of what happened in the previous thread:
I was writing study material specifically for Civil Engineers who are preparing for their Fundamentals of Engineering (or "FE") Exam. Then, instead of writing out information textbook-style, I started creating practice problems. This is because at the time I was tutoring some students over Discord. We were using practice problems from a few sources, but when we ran out I started making my own.
In May I started developing a desktop app (which eventually turned into a web app thanks to Lovable) for FE examinees. The purpose of the app is that it's designed to imitate the user interface of the FE exam so examinees can feel less stressed during the exam since they practiced in a similar environment. So I decided to call it "The FE Simulator".
I created over 100 practice questions for it and I'm in the middle of creating more (plus I'm still creating solutions for the practice questions I have made).
I'm looking for some feedback on my website because I know it's a still somewhat lackluster at the moment even though Lovable works like a charm.
All in all I'm both excited and stressed.
I'm excited because despite my app still lacking a few features, a few people have subscribed anyways.
However, I'm stressed because I know there's still so much to do.
I also know there are a couple engineers who are regulars on the forum. Any advice or help you can give me would also be well appreciated.
Biggest struggles right now:
-Creating or obtaining practice problems w/ solutions
-Getting leads (primarily utilizing LinkedIn right now)
-Getting those leads to actually buy
One really nice thing about Lovable is the analytics tab. Here's a snapshot of how far my website has come since I started sharing it on LinkedIn.

Of the ~1,900 people who have visited my site so far, 136 people have created an account, and 2 people have subscribed to my monthly subscription.
Revenue each month since I've started:
May: $0
June: $0
July: $0
August: $0
September: $0
October: $0
November so far: $39.99
