So i've been thinking (disclaimer: This will be heavily bro science but think about it). I'm all about living in the present and looking towards the future and leaving the past behind. However, this is easier said then done.
The failures and regrets of my past and the past hurts can definetly effect my present state of mind and make me make irrational decisions. It is a lot better than it was a year ago and I see it improving week by week but it's not perfect. I have however found that eating foods that are filled with "life" makes me more "present to the moment" and optimistic. I genuinely believe that our past traumas and pain are deep imbedded within our physical cells. Studies have shown that social rejection and failures impact the same parts of the brain as real physical pain. Could eating foods that are filled with life (fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and eggs) help accelerate this process of getting rid of the past and living in the moment?
What do you guys think? I know it sounds out there but I believe it.
