I absolutely HATE running. Looking for an outcome of a stronger individual.
If you hate running so much? Why dont you try lifting?
According to the book "Body by science" fitness and Aerobic training is pretty much waste of time, you burn far more calories by lifting weights and as a bonus you train your cardio system at the same time
