I can't remember if it was you or another forum member, but weren't you the one that was struggling with physical health such as perpetually low energy levels?
It's hard to think with clarity when you're tired. It's also hard to execute when there's no gas left in the tank.
Perhaps let's explore your physical situation before diving into biz strategies?
Regardless, I've always rooted for you and ChickenHawk behind the scenes.
Thank you. I wonder what's up with ChickenHawk.
And yes, I struggle with my physical health. I've thought about it before and came up with only one conclusion. Namely, whenever I felt the healthiest, it was always abroad in good weather when I had little to worry about other than whether to go swimming or surfing on a given day. As long as I fully allowed myself to let go I felt like a different person.
It's possible that despite having nothing to stress over compared to an average person, my stress levels for some reason stay super elevated when back home and that causes these issues. That would bring it back to the mental side of things, though.
