Woohoo it’s Monday! My favourite day of the week. It’s like New Years Day - every week.

Come Sunday, when you look back on this week, what needs to have happened for you to be happy with progress this week?

What will you do to make a sale this week?

At the beginning of each week I set lofty goals.

It goes back to listening to the "12 Week Year" which talks about setting resolutions/objectives for three month sprints rather than year long conquests.

I took the same principle and applied it weekly. Each week, I want to accomplish more than Average Joe/Jane does in a year.

And if I fail at the lofty goals, that's OK. I may have failed to make a year of progress in one week but I still made three weeks of progress in one week.

I've been negotiating a deal for several months with a Scandinavian company. Wednesday is the final appointment and after that, I will come home and hopefully replay to this post with: "The deal is done".

1) Contact 10 brands that fit my niche about possible distribution
2) In person contact 25 retailers about carrying my products
3) Email/phone contact 25 additional retailers about carrying my products
4) Ensure most of those retailers are in the 3 towns I have yet to gain retailers in
5) Change AdWords to include the new territory I operate in
6) Change FB ads to include the new territory I operate in
7) Consult 10 current retailers for advice on brands in my niche (finding value gaps)

And yes, I love Mondays!
