Hey everyone,

I hope you are well...

I am wondering if you could help me?

We know as entrepreneurs it can be difficult at the best of times, we go through a lot of hardships but I am wondering as a entrepreneur what are YOUR top 3 things that you struggle with the most?

For example it could be:

Getting rid of bad habits!
Dealing with problems!
Coming up with ideas
Confidence/Self Confidence
Creativity!
Managing Time!

However I want to get personal with you, hence why I am wondering what are YOUR top 3 things you may be struggling with?! For me personally, it was deciding on what path I wanted to go down and taking action towards that direction!

Thanks for your help, its great to connect with like minded individuals! :)

To your success,
Alex :)

Maybe I am the only one but this seems oddly generic and confusing - How would knowing this about individual people be helping you?
Similar types of people have similar traits, knowing certain details about certain people gives you much more than just individual information.
Profiling is a very strong skill.

That's pretty obvious - I was asking how it is going to help him specifically (he stated it would).

Hey :)

I help new entrepreneurs achieve more, become more and create more by teaching personal development methods and frameworks so that they can gain and maintain their personal and business success.

The reason I am asking is to see where I can teach solutions, methods, frameworks to problems that my audience may have. Mainly entrepreneurs at the beginning of their 'journey'!

:)

Ok gotcha - no need to re-calibrate my spammy-senses then, they seem to be in tune.

You will have a trouble time with this stuff here.

I just found out about Gary V around a month ago and I feel like he is the realist 'guru' I've ever heard speak.

Thanks, but I have never mentioned becoming a 'Life Coach' or a 'Peak Performance Coach'.

1.17mins in as GV mentioned I will be selling products. Which will be online, via video.

Im 26years old. Have achieved financial independence through property investing. Just under 6 figures of income. But it isnt my passion. Personal development is.

To help other people develop their personalities you need to represent some value.
*Under 6 figures* is not a sign of success, neither investing has much to do with personal development products/services.
Nobody cares about your passion, people care about your value, which you don't seem to have enough.

I struggle with finding a good source of people to try out idea extraction on. Perhaps I can find a course or something on this.

When I state I am just under 6 figures, it doesn't mean im going to stop at that! I have goals way above that from investing.

I agree no one cares about my passion and I also agree they care about my value. Hence why I am creating content of things people struggle with most. I will also be creating an evergreen marketing campaign. So I can build a list and market when I believe I am ready to monetise.

I want to provide as much value to the market place as possible, in helping others achieve more through personal development methods and teachings.... I have always wanted to become a thought leader help others in the process.

The personal development side of things is completely separate to my property business btw. I have done pretty good in property, but It doesnt really fulfil me. I kinda feel empty!

Also, I will be creating an podcast show interviewing the most Successful Entrepreneurs in the UK! (All of which have achieved that millionaire milestone) I have 6 lined up so far!

Vigilante, I'm curious to know more specifically what you mean by "try out idea extraction." Would you mind elaborating?

Actually, by reading posts on this forum, you should see the biggest pains entrepreneurs are facing. No real preparation, problems with idea, discipline, coding or not e.t.c I'm not being specific, just look around.

I was kidding. This thread is an exercise in idea extraction, but to an audience who is cynical, skeptical, and not likely candidates for idea extraction.

"What are you struggling with?"

Not enough sales.

Sales solve everything.

Wantrapreneurs don't have any. Entrepreneurs want more.

Mine is product and time.

We have a product that's smashed it out of the park and now I can't get it quickly enough. There's a batch coming from China for 6000 units but I have about 200 angry customers raising disputes.

I'm also waiting on my new PM to start soon. She leaves the old job on the 7th.

It's all go go go here!

@Andy Black already said it - Sales.

If I have enough sales I can take care of any other problem.

"and the third one ducked"
Ah c'mon now. That's going to bother me even more.

What third one!? Why are they going to a bar anyway!? Will they ask the barman for a drink or ask him what SaaS he needs!?

Too many unanswered questions for my poor wee brain...

I'd like to throw some 'what ifs' at you.

What if...you bought a building and rented space to entrepreneurs that are growing but still can't afford a whole office w/meeting rooms, etc. (incubators ?). You could also consult them. Would you feel fulfilled ?

What if you provided affordable housing for low income or temporary living quarters for the homeless who are trying to be productive and work their way back into society ? Would you feel fulfilled ?

What if you invested overseas where housing is badly needed for those that lost their homes in a natural disaster ? Fulfilling ?

If your strength is in real estate, there are many, many more situations where you can do good and I would guess, you would feel fulfilled.

I agree with some of the guys that the market is freakin' saturated with everyone jumping on the "I can help you succeed" bandwagon. As far as your age...well...I feel it is a disadvantage at this point in time for consulting...but an advantage in real estate.

Agree with @devine. This is a great post. Rep+

It all starts with getting "Clarity of purpose".

Are you in "real estate"? Or are you helping to put a roof over someone's head?

Am I in "lead gen"? Or am I helping an electrician keep a roof over his head and food on the table?

Who can you help?
