The New Forum Set up is Great!

It took me a few days to get used to (and I lost all my internet cool guy forum money) but I really like the changes.

It is easier to navigate, a lot more intuitive, and I find myself more engaged.

Thanks, @MJ DeMarco for what I am sure was a lot of work to make it happen.

How is everyone else finding it?

I can’t remember what the old layout was now, so that’s a good sign. It was a pretty seamless switch from a user perspective.

Slightly harder to find the newsfeed on my phone. I have to turn the phone sideways, click my avatar in the menu, and then click News Feed. It’s also what I do to find reactions to posts, which I like seeing as old stuff pops up on my radar occasionally.

There seems a slight delay creating/editing a post on my phone, where I’m writing and can’t scroll up to see it.

Overall, I like it, although I do miss being able to rep people.

I will, however, close this thread because the transition isn't fully complete. And because of that, a thread like this will usually deteriorate into a gripe list.

Great, but now I have to click here for X, and over there for Y, can you change it back?

When I feel the transition is fully completed, I'll post an official thread with a summary of the changes and what's new (and what's lost) so there's one central place for it. Then I can address the gripes.

I didn't post any new threads about the transition because it's still underway and there are still issues I'm trying to work out, navigation, rep, bookmarks just to name a few.
