Hi everyone from the last few months I've been analysing YouTube and it's algorithm. And i really enjoyed it to analyse big Youtubers content creation formula and hacks.

Now i thought why not to share all my learnings with people on YouTube and let's see how it goes.
Currently I've created my channel and shared 3 shorts on it. One of the shorts is getting some reach the other two are currently at almost 0 views.

I'll really appreciate The guy on this forum @Andy Black that had helped me a lot in creating my first video and gaining confidence in front of camera.

You guys can give me suggestions on what things can i improve in my videos or any ideas you want to share with me.

Here's link to my youtube channel:

I'll keep updating what's going on in this thread

Well done getting started.

Thread added here:

Watched your 3rd video. Great how you're adding b-roll.

Have you also posted on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels?

You may want to adjust your caption placement so they're not covered by icons and buttons.

Look at watchtime and retention. See if you're hooking people well enough, and retaining them long enough. Figure out what to test for the next video.

Thanks for the compliment!

Btw I'm thinking to upload it on Instagram but I have some friends from whom I want to keep it secret and tiktok is banned in india but yes fb can be a good option.

I think I can build a community with fb group.

And yes I'll try to improve it as much as I can.

There are already big channels around this niche, what are your channel's differences?
Do you have any ideas that will make you stand out?
Those few channels had also started with zero subs and now they have gone to such a great level. All you need is creativity in your videos with full authenticity. My goal is to show people what I've observed on YouTube and my observation is unique, this is something not inspired by someone.

Although I take some video ideas from other youtubers but the thoughts on the video are mine.

Btw I've got a video idea from here.

So I made my 4th video in form of shorts, today and YouTube is pushing my content to a few number of people. Maybe the views and numbers will increase in future but right now I'm getting average veiw percentage of 50% and most of the traffic is coming from shorts feed.

Let's see how much time YouTube algorithm takes to identify my channel niche.

Btw here's the video I'm talking about
