yes, that is the most fair IMHO

this will cut down on newbies being unfairly reported before they are proven to be spammers

Kurt, didn't mean to hit a sore spot there. But I agree first to report after the Spam is posted is a good idea... pretty funny we are speculating on the spammers. haha

Naw, it wasn't you they were looking at. They know the pattern of a newbie that looks like he's a spammer. It's like fishing and they thought they caught a live one. I think they were disappointed when this one didn't get reeled in.
