When I thought about renting my stuff, or creating a business, there wasn't much of a reason except money. But I think I've got bigger problems now
For some context, my dad bought a house by taking a grand total of $120,000 in debt. I was worried because this goes against the unscripted protecting my money.
My mom recently lost her job(it wasn't her fault, but corrupted and racist Vice Principle) So funds have bee going down.
My dad own a Law office, he's a private attorney, it's not really a productocracy, or even a company but he gets visitors without advertising.
So basically money has almost run out because we've been overpaying a laborer and the house was in really bad condition.
I'm afraid my dad might fall into the well of unrepayable debt like the previous owner of this house. (He seemed like this depressed guy. He left a lot of stuff behind, some vintage and would sell for lots of money, but my mom doesn't see the opportunity and threw some of it away because "It's not our stuff since we didn't pay for it." How do I tell her we probably overpayed for the house at $150,000.)
I'll be expecting some new tools to rent out soon because I found a steal on a lot, $250 for 9 tools and 4 batteries.
I'm going to have to send my mom to the office because I can't go there myself (compllicated reasons, just know I can't be seen with my parents.)
I hope everything works out and I can rescue us from this debt/.
