Promised to get you guys an update.
Posting around 1 or 2 pics a day, making sure it's interactive.

800+ Followers now, using instagress and planning to switch to followliker real soon.
Getting about 50-60 followers more each day.

Following around 1200 people, but going down around 30 each day.
Trying to get my followers count 250% atleast of my following group.

To make sure it looks professional & all..
Around 150 likes on each picture, 2-12 comments.

If you got any questions, feel free to ask!

Hey guys,
I'm facing troubles to make money with my IG. I have an account with 60k followers and a good engagement (I do 5-7k likes each picture), and no one wants to pay for it. Do you have some idea what I'm doing wrong?
I think this business in Brazil is not so big yet... Still trying.
Try to contact people through the DM of instagram, directly. Worldwide.
Don't put your bets on local small (smallminded) companies.

Make sure you offer your SO's to companies that also really have benefit from your shoutout.

Can you recommend any sources where I can get pictures from?

I am having a hard time generating enough photos. My niche is art and real estate- mainly a private profile, but would not mind turning it into some kind of company profile later on.

Will try. Does seem to be a lot of work though, right now I am stuck with my 4K followers for like 2 months or so.

More work then going out and taking your own photos?

One post takes less than a minute. Now, I try to automate my IG accounts the best I do so I will set up about 50-100 photos at once and be all set for a few months. If you sit down with it for one day, I think you will find it worth it.

So from what it looks like on my end. You guys are creating multiple accounts with fake engagement?

Comments from bots saying 'awesome!' or 'how cute!' isn't real engagement.

It seems like EVERYONE is doing this on Instagram.

Follow/unfollow, like a fe photos of random accounts, post a few insincere comments, post only curated content.

Wheres the true engagement?

But hey, if you're making money you can't complain.

Also, on another note, something I have noticed with bigger IG accounts 100k+ (can work with smaller ones too).

They are privatizing their account so when they get shout outs, people are more likely to follow and see what the 'mysterious' content is. Looks like it is working very very well for several IG's.

A lot of people still look for "fake engagement" which isn't all that great in my opinion. However, liking photos and receiving followers is not fake engagement in my opinion. Simply engaging on someone elses content is typically how an Instagram grows. There is a very small chance to grow your account if you never engage with peoples content, and just hope that people notice your hashtags. Engaging with others is key. If you were to truely comment on peoples photos, that is great but if they are automated comments, I would forget about it.

For my largest account 80K followers, I get about 20 new messages a day from followers looking to engage with me. They are all true engagement, along with a bunch of people who comment and like those photos. It really depends on how you grow your account that will dictate how your engagement is.

You bring up a great point. However, this tactic only works if you have connections with VERY LARGE accounts. When you hit 100K or 1M people gravitate to you. The large accounts always cross promote, so hiding your profile only forces people to follow to see your great content. Of course, these people are only finding your account because that 1M IG account just shouted you out.

Great strategy once you get to that level!

Appreciate your response.

Are you growing these accounts for Affiliate purposes? Or for your business? I am a bit hesitant on botting with IG as I don't want my business names to get banned.

Do you think I am worrying too much?

I started my Instagram journey with just the idea to have followers. No other reason then that. Since my year on Instagram, two of my accounts(in the same niche) are going to be used for a single business.

Have I tried Affiliate Marketing? Yes.

Did I like it? No!

Instagram doesn't make it easy to do A.M and I would rather sell my own product in the end anyways.

I am a bit hesitant on botting with IG as I don't want my business names to get banned.

Follow my settings/guidelines from my Progress Thread or my Youtube video and I can tell you with high confidence that your account will be fine. Will Instagram change their policies? Maybe. But for now, the settings I use are perfectly safe.

I also reference my settings in certain places in this thread as well, just not sure where.

Anyone have experience building personal pages?
I mean pages where you show your face and you want to be a local name that people know.

Most of the pages I see people make in threads like this are either quote pages, or money/cars.

There has to be some type of balance.

Personal pages work for celebrities because people are curious about them...
...but the average Joe?

Im thinking of making a page w/ my name...but it revolves around local only content.
Pictures, stuff I see walking around, etc...
and then dropping in random stuff about me.

My girlfriend is a professional photographer...and runs a photo art gallery...so im thinking there has to be some way I can leverage that into Instagram.

I recently started an Instagram with my own name. I have not used my face in photos, but just like anything else out there, if you tell and story and keep things interested, people will follow.

Really enjoy nature, take photos around your town. Want to be a body builder, take photos of your lifting and flexing. I plan on building my account through photos that I create myself(motivation) however, I do plan to use my face in photos. This will be later when I have a larger following and I hope to be further along in terms of business(Prototyping product atm.)

Just try it out. Figure out EXACTLY what your page is about and just start from there.

sounds good...sounds like youre working on exactly what I have planned.

build a following first via the typical Instagram type of post...and then slowly bring yourself into the page.

You use your name in the description as well?

thinking ill model my page after this (just not in the motivational niche):

My name is in both the account name, as well as in my bio.

His account is great to model after! I tell everyone I help out to find 2 or 3 accounts you want to be similar too. As long as they are successful with their Instagram, then they are doing something right.

Choose what you like about his account and implement it. Try and find things that you wish he did differently, and make it better!

I may have missed this in the thread... but how do you make more than a few Instagram accounts?

I seem to have gone over the limit on my phone, and whenever I try to make on a computer--even if it is not mine--it will say "something went wrong."

Likewise, how are you guys getting mobile verification?

you can jailbreak your mobile device to make unlimited accounts as it was mentioned in the thread somewhere

For people selling a physical product, what percent of your sales come through instagram? When i post new pics, they get tons of likes, and moderate website traffic, but zero sales from those visits. Is that normal?

I have a rooted android device which allows me to create unlimited accounts. There are alsoe services out there that create IG accounts for you. You do need dedicated IG proxies which I also pay for. And I have sources over seas for phone verification as well as a pv (phone verification) panel (no way around phone verifications)

Hi JimD,

Did you see a slowdown in snapchat views after Instagram introduced stories feature? Are you still actively growing your snapchat audience?

Hey guys,

Been lurking here for ages, ex-military, I started with internet marketing 4 years ago, dabbled in some things, some failed(see my first thread) and some have worked (dental marketing, affiliate marketing).

Took breaks here and there but I knew to never stop.

But in the last year I've come to learn a lot about Instagram and growing accounts.

I currently run about 40+ accounts in different niches and creating new ones daily/weekly.

I have my own personal Instagram bot and in the last year I’ve amassed over 4 million+ followers spread out over my accounts.

I also lost a lot of big accounts(200-300k) at the early-mid stages of my Instagram journey.. due to testing how much you can push daily actions on Instagram (likes, comments, follow/unfollow, proxies, etc).

There is some serious money to be made on Instagram, I’ve already crossed into the 6 figures in profit this year promoting affiliate/cpa offers.

And to be honest that’s the most money I’ve ever made in my life but I’m not stopping here, we are all here for the fastlane!

Now I want to go about creating my own brands/ecommerce/offers.

So in a way to give back to the community, I thought I would help with any Instagram related questions.

And also is anyone else in here marketing Instagram succesfully?

*Pro Tip: If you guys are not on the Snapchat band wagon yet, you guys are definitely missing out! A huge percentage of my earnings came from Snapchat this year as well! The engagement on Snapchat is amazing. A large percentage of your followers will really do what you ask them to do(more so than instagram), whether it be go to this domain or follow this person etc. Snapchat is HUGE.
Hey man, I'm about to start my first business and I have a ton of social media experience (I'm 16) but nothing business wise. Do you have any tips or clues on what I could do to take my time on social media, and make it for business? I have picked a niche and a target market, I know what they want, I just don't know how to reach them. Any help?

Need some advice on Follow Liker

What are the proper steps to only like pictures of other specific accounts followers?

Would I only need to do the following in settings?

- check boxes for Scrape User, Scrape Photo and Like on Task Selection
- On Scrape User Settings : Query- @useraccount Query type - Users Followers
- Scrape Photo Settings : scrape 100 photos - Scrape hashtags

Is this correct? Or would I be fine just leaving the scrape photo settings blank in hashtags?

Thanks for any help!

does anyone know if you can target a specific niche and location at the same time? For example i only want to target people within my niche from the UK. I know that you can do them separately.

Hey dude! I run a social media marketing company.

I found main thing to get clients is to give them tips for free - send them out free digital presence evaluations/digital audits and connect with them on LinkedIn. Helped me a lot. The whole goal is to help them FIRST, then get a meeting with them in person. In the in-person meeting, make sure to prepare a personalized digital marketing plan which will clearly show their path to more $$$ and more revenue. Once you've done all this, they'll most likely close either at the meeting or the week after in a phone call.

All the best with your endeavour, it's a great business.
