Hi there, please I need help with this.
Two years ago, I made a lot of money in copywriting freelancing even. I have done more than 4,000 articles for clients in the US, UK and Canada, and some parts of Africa. However, my business violated the commandment of control (I worked with an SEO & Ebook Writing agencies). I had some issues with my agency partners and they just canceled the entire deal. This affected my cash flow earlier and mid of this year.
After reading the MFL, I spent three months to study and redesign my business.
Well, I decided to quit freelancing and rather build a content writing agency. I have a passion for creating 100% unique, rich and high-quality content for academic and business people. With a content agency, I can scale to serve many clients and even create opportunities for young writers to make money. This will enable me to go near ''affection". The content agency has been launched.
I have decided to create affiliate programs to build a large affiliate network to bring continual leads.
Here are my top challenges.
1. It's getting hard to find clients for the content agency.
2. We're trying to serve the academic market & e-commerce market and the price rate is low, plus competing with may cheap Indian and Filipino freelance writers.
3. I'm even struggling to generate some funds for myself since the agency is new.
4. I have been looking for better side gigs to work on before building the agency, yet the pay rates are low since some "stupid Indian and Philipino writers" have flooded the market with low prices. I don't like content mills like Upwork and some of those cheap facebook gigs.
Any help out there to build a lead generation and conversion system and scale up to a six-figure content agency by serving the needs of clients?
