Dropped out of College to go all in on my business and now I'm lost.

Some context on my situation - Im 18 years old. The last 4 months my business has made around 15k in revenue and 10k profit per month.

I run a home service business and a car detailing business, and the amount of money made is about equal from each.

Reason i do both for now and don't go all in on one - is because with home services I can get leads whenever I need just by going door to door. However it is much harder to get inbound leads, in comparison to car detailing where all my clients come from google.

I just graduated highschool this year and decided not to go to college for now.

Small issue, both of these businesses are pretty much impossible to scale during the winter as they are highly seasonal.

So now I'm in a position where I know I wont have enough work and will most likely make 2-4k a month at best during the winter months, which is really quite depressing going from 10.

I guess where I'm going with this - is whether anyone has any ideas on what I can do during these times using the skills I already have from these businesses to either set myself up to absolutely crush next summer, or to get by and make somewhat close to what I was doing during the summer.

Otherwise Ill feel like I've completely wasted my time and should've just went to school.

I've got just over 105 grand saved up from working over the years but I am admittedly very scared of investing that money ive worked so hard for.

Are there any services I can begin to offer that arent so seasonal?

Should i potentially open up a physical location for my Detailing business?
