I’ve been using Klaviyo for my own businesses and agency clients for about 10 years. I like it and know it well, but it has some clear flaws. Like any entrepreneur, I wanted to do something about it. I’m having an app built to fix some of these issues.
The biggest problem for me is how the data is shown. It’s hard to read, and many important more advanced metrics are missing. The AI features are also poorly done. My goal is to fix these problems.
At the very least, this app could help bring in new clients for my email marketing agency. If it works well, it might become a standalone SaaS product.
