try to meditate. can focus for a few minutes. crazy shit rolls from there or i fall asleep.
Crazy shit is a part of this experience. You aren't doing anything wrong. It's not sitting with an empty mind for an hour. It's sitting and trying to notice that your mind is separate from you. Sometimes you'll get lost for a few minutes in your thoughts and then go back. Sometimes you'll notice it within seconds and go back. That's the entire practice.
