Hi all. I am new here. Just got done with Millionaire Fast Lane. Great Book @MJ DeMarco and thank you for the raw advice.
Current "Stats" as you will
- 29 Years Old
-I Net $250K-$275K/YR to myself (pre-tax, after expenses)
-Living In South Florida
- I have built my entire business off of cold calling. I work only with sellers which gives me some leverage. (Cold calling is completely changing and is harder than ever to do.)
I have come to the conclusion that I have built a well-paying job for myself and this was never my intention.
Do to the oddity of my lead generation strategy (cold calling homeowners) and my distain for putting my face on a billboard and being Mr. local politician (I am a total introvert who dislikes small talk bullshit) has driven me to the decision that it's time to build a REAL business.
So why am I stuck? I am finding it very hard to detach from this business (call it fear) and go into something else. I feel like have pigeonholed myself to a small island of opportunity in the middle of nowhere with Real Estate being the only option and I hate it.
I am ready to build a real business that doesn't have "Tyler sells houses" but a company name, that runs with employees, that works on a real system.
I have tried the investor route a little but again it doesn't do it for me. I feel as if I am in the same boat.
I am looking for something online, FASTLANE PROOF, system based, automation based, but am not looking for something unrealistic like "Make money from the beach 1 hour a day".... I am ready to work and build something bigger, better, and way more systemized then what I am doing now.
What do we think? Any insight helps as I am really feeling stuck.
