The first thing that comes to my mind:
There is this 60yr old guy in NL that started a youtube series. In this series he investigated how he could lower his energy usage and completely electrify his house. He broke down the info in a really relatable way and thus amassed a lot of views. First he didn’t monetize. Later on he had an option to bring the viewers in contact with an installer in their area. He must be raking in cash now (+ helping people

So actually: start with a business model, and see if it applies to your niche. Or just find a company that’s doing something and see if you could do a better job than them. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel.
You can also find an operator who is already in the niche and work with him/her. That’s what I would most likely do with the home insulation business. I bring the capital, and business experience while working remote. He brings the sweat and will do the work in NL.
Oh, and ask AI haha. But don’t lean on it too much. It generally isn’t working to debate business options with an AI. It’s trained on reddit for god’s sake.
