So I sent 7 proposals (aka upwork sites but for my country) today.

Could you share those 7 websites?
I use OLX only for my services and it works more or less, but I don't spend much money on ads - I'm sure I would do much better with better ad budget.

I am still action faking (for example I was lying 7 hours in bed since I woken up today and was playing a video game).

Everyone procrastinate, but this is probably too much.
Did you think about a job? If you have a job you can't effort to do things like the ones you mentioned and the more you do the more energy you have for other things (at least in my case).
If job is not an option try to have a walk every morning, it could help as well.

It's 7 proposals not sites, my mistake. Those sites are useme, fiverr, freelancer and fixly. Fixly is olx, am I right?
What do you mean by more or less? How many clients per month do you manage to get?

I was actually thinking about the morning walks, that's funny actually. That sounds like a good idea.

So I decided I'm going to focus on small, actionable goals. 3 hours of focused work per day sounds reasonable and makes a big difference, so that awesome.

I'm talking with the guy about the project I mentioned yesterday and he's checking other people as well. I won't push to close him aggressively, let's see what'll happen.

You are 2 1/2 months into this process. 6 weeks left. What are you doing to kick it into high gear? Who else can you help? How can you help more people?

Thanks for sharing your progress here. I read through most of this thread. Advice I would give is :
- get into a morning routine: do some physical activity and read for 30 minutes.
- focus on the important things to move forward and do those first
- take breaks in between and also do fun stuff, so you don't burn out

Anyway, easier said than done. I think you will get there if you continue working on it!

I send proposals and deliver to my present client. I have 8 other ways to get clients left. I can test which ones are the most efficient and max them out. I'll think about who more can I help. Thank you.

I do almost all those things, but scheduling reading instead of doing it randomly sounds like a much better idea. Thank you.

Today I was talking with the prospect, he looks like he has to look around. I won't hard sell him, because he mentioned he is checking out other people and the price is not the main criteria - I believe I am the cheapest one. Not sure if it's true, I thought I offered him high-ended price.
Also I delivered to my present client.
Now I should focus only on getting clients.

I would recommend to try advertise yourself on OLX (olx.pl if you aim for Polish costumers). I did video editing there and other things as well (I would say it's easy to get 1 client per week). Freelancers there don't really work on theirs thumbnails and copywriting so you could make it as an advantage.
