About to get on a plane back to DFW - big thanks to everyone that donated their speaking time and ability. You’ve given me a big to do list. Especially @AllenCrawley who’s talk confirmed my website is as terrible as I suspected :)

Starting a mastermind - long overdue - if we met IRL and you don’t get a PM from me in next 48 hrs and you’re interested- please PM me.

EDIT: almost forgot - special thanks to @Tammyanne for rescuing my iPad!

@MJ DeMarco Thank you so much for organizing! I met so many amazing people! But because there were so many people this time, I am struggling to remember who was who and who did what because many people doing several things. Can we create something like a close place/may be a google doc with limited access to the attendees only (you are the only one to know the list of attendees), where they can put at least their personal picture with their first name, forum name and areas of involvements/ interests. It was embarrassing not to remember people's names from last time, so that would help as well next year. thank you.

This is a closed forum, private for only attendees of past summits. Feel free to post there.

More info...

(will take me a day or two to get everyone updated)

Or in years past, folks changed their avatars to their photos so everyone knew who was who.

I'm still unpacking and unwinding from the event. So much to unpack (literally and figuratively) but the event gets better and better every year.

I have a bunch of pictures to upload eventually! Stay tuned...

Awesome couple days - thanks MJ, all the speakers and all the wonderful new friends I made. My mind is racing with how to put all that I learned to work, but I will put it to work. More excited than ever to face the future.

If you wrote something down or took a picture of a presentation - transfer that shit down into ACTIONABLE ITEMS WITHIN 24 HOURS of coming home! And by transfer I mean rewrite or copy it into something like Trello, a to-do list, or other task management tools you may be using.
Outstanding advise Eskil - will do! Was working on it during the plane ride home.

Thank you, @MJ DeMarco, @AllenCrawley, @Red and all the speakers, each and every one, and anyone else who might have helped organize this event.
if I had some excuses that I could tell myself on Thursday, I don’t have any left now. When I tried to think of new ones, they would be shot down by the very next speaker. It’s like y’all could read my mind.
This group has the ability to call BS in such a kind, supportive way, and I feel like I have been injected with an incredible intensity of purpose.

Currently stuck in Chicago so it was a good time to write my note for this year.

In past years I write out my long thank you notes, however this year due to having no voice for the majority of the event I did not get the chance to meet near as many folks as I thought I would.

It was an honor to speak for all of you. As I said I am proud of all of the 1st years that stepped out of their comfort zone and came. I hope the event provided more than what you expected. In fact I know it did because we know now your expectations are at zero and you appreciate the opportunities that lay at your feet each day

I look forward to connecting with as many of you as possible on here and in the future!

p.s. if anyone by chance got any photos of when i was up, please send them via PM. I didn't see a person move really the whole time (minus MJ yawning in the front) so I am not sure that anyone got any! I did however record it, and will likely post that on an INSIDERS thread or within the summit attendees forum here soon.

p.s.s. @MJ DeMarco Maybe you should create a fairly prestigious Summit Speaker badge for the speakers. I heard a few people mention it was a major goal to be able to speak at the event. For most it is a pretty big deal and only few and farinbetweenn have done it?

Hi guys, it was a blast meeting everyone who I got to meet. There were a few people I missed, unfortunately, but that's the nature of an event this size.

I'm ready to take action on several items, but there is one that I have decided is most important:

If I spoke to you about an accountability/mastermind group and you're still interested, please PM me because I probably forgot your forum name.

If I didn't speak to you about an accountability/mastermind group, and you attended the summit, and you're interested in learning more about it, please PM me. (summit attendees only please)

What a whirlwind of an event guys. So so much stimulus over these past few days.

In the meantime while mentally processing everything this past weekend, let me just say...

I am so. impressed. with. everyone.

People from all walks of life coming together under the single business philosophy of Fastlane Entrepreneurship is an incredible thing to witness, folks. This place is special, and so are the events. Take good care of it. It's taken good care of you.

Speaking was an incredible honor, and making the countless connections with everyone is something that not many people can manage to shake off and forget.

That's all I can manage to say at the moment. Will compile my thoughts and return.

In summary, incredible event.

EDIT: If we talked, PLEASE feel free to send me a DM with your contact info. There were just too many conversations to keep track of. Yes, I want to know how you're doing and would love to visit everyone once in a while.

Honestly I didn’t know what to expect when I first arrived at the Summit. It was my first one and I remember hearing from another Fastlaner that they previously went to a MLM seminar and everyone there always acted like they owned the room. To my surprise, literally no one acted that way! Everyone there was a kindred spirit, sharing their ups and downs and generally being a blast!

I will say though, shoutout to @Gracie and her older brother, for being so young but already spending time learning fastlane principles! I thought I was going to be the youngest at the event at 18 but to see people like her and a few others blows my mind! People always wonder how far I can go in a short time since I’m only so young, but for her and the other fellas who were younger than me? Let’s just say that I’ve got incredibly high hopes. I know they’ll do the forums proud.

If anyone on the forum could have gone to this event, but chose not to... I STRONGLY suggest coming for the next one. I know I will.

Too much to digest so fast to really post a thoughtful post but wanted to at least start with a thank you again to all the speakers and MJ for hosting and supporting the forum and all of the members here. I appreciate the time spent learning as well as networking with and putting faces to names of forum members I have followed or at least seen here over the past 6+ years I think on the forum.

I have to say that during the talks I was excited, motivated, frustrated, and mad at myself for "Dabbling" for far too long . During the event I was checking my AMZ seller app and excited to see the sales had passed a personal best milestone for FBA over a 30 day period and my Ebay sold notification was blowing up and it felt good. When I got home however and looked at my mountain of "inventory" for my ebay and Amazon business and then had to personally pack and ship ebay and MFN Amazon orders that sold during the event I kicked myself for being a box packer and shipper and not a business owner. Things will change and I am excited to get movement in a positive direction!

If we spoke at any point during the event and you would like to connect further, get lunch, touch base, do a brainstorming session, accountability partner, whatever I can be of assistance with or to just talk I am happy to connect so PM me here! If we didn't meet I apologize for not getting to you and I hope we cross paths in a positive way in the future!

Everyone get pissed off on your plane rides home by the way.

Cherish that half a can of soda!

Damn I feel like a peasant sitting here, despite the

I didn't even get offered a snack this time, but at least I paid for extra leg room for the return trip. Whew!
You know, honestly, my dream is first class. I don't even need or want my own plane.

Another wonderful summit, thanks @MJ DeMarco!

For those of you that realized your life priorities out of whack, set some goals today and live intentionally starting this week.

Great seeing old friends, and making some new ones. I don't remember most people's forum names, but if you want to get in touch, just PM anytime.

@ZCP 's midnight hive-mind brainstorming session on my business was legendary. Will keep you guys posted in my thread which of those crazy ideas we end up doing!

That brainstorming session was a blast. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. You definitely have some great ideas on those pages. I'm glad I was still holding onto my pen and legal pad during the social hour.

One of my biggest takeaways from @ZCP 's presentation was that you can work on multiple solutions to the same problem simultaneously. Delegation makes that even more effective. I'm expecting to see your product organically and hear my co-workers talking about it within 88 days.
