I had no issues buying the ticket online with a credit card or making the reservation over the phone.

The group rate code defaults to "Run of House" rooms where they put you in whatever room is available. If you are planning on splitting a room you can ask for double beds.

I'm flying in on the 5th and leaving on the 10th. I look forward to meeting all of you!

Used the EventsFrame link with my credit card and it seemed to work just fine. Super stoked for a great conference!

Now just need to figure out how many nights to make the room booking for.

Unless you're driving in, I would book your flights and your room from the 6-9th (so 3 nights). Since the event is all day on the 7-8, you'll put yourself at risk of missing some sessions if you fly in or out on the actual days of the Summit.

Good call. I think a Thursday arrival is a great idea, but I just might tack on an extra day or two as a nice break from the cold Canadian winter up here in February!

Just bought my ticket. My son is due Dec 14th, but the wife gave me the go ahead knowing how much I'd regret not being able to go!
Can't wait to meet people face to face.

Event Update!

So we're officially beyond last Summit's event size and now we're entering new attendance territory.

Instead of using the smaller room for the event and marking the event SOLD OUT I'm gonna press forward and keep tickets for sale for an indeterminate time so we can utilize a slightly larger room that the resort has offered, one with better visuals. (Last event the visuals were somewhat hard to see for those who had seats in the back.)

This larger room can handle up to 200, but I think 150 at a max should be the cap. If ticket sales don't reach the cap in the near future, I'll mark it sold out. (For reference the last event was about 110 ppl).

Also, watch your email for lunch options. Looking to give folks several options in choosing their lunch (I think I can have this arranged so you can pick your preferences) while another day might be a buffet.

Looking forward to it!

Damn, would love to go but all in costs are looking like $3-$4k with tickets, room, and flights.

Not doable right now unfortunately.

I just looked it up from Dallas, Texas.

A roundtrip flight is around $250.
A room is let's say $290 a night with taxes. 2 nights = $580.
A ticket = $450.
Budget $50 a day for food and drinks = $150.

So $1,430 all in.

It's not free, but it's also not $3-4k.

Obviously you must fly first class everywhere and get the penthouse suite.

Call and reach a live operator during AZ business hours (6:30AM - 10:30pm AZ time). They will accept the code, not sure they take it digitally or via the website.

I have yet to receive a discount code for the rooms via email.

Forgot to mention my GF would be going too. So possibly 2 tickets, 2 plane tickets, along with food and drinks. Shouldn’t it be at least 3 nights since it’s an all day 2 day event?

Check in Friday night > Sat night > Sun night > check out Mon morning?

Also we would want to stay an extra day or so to enjoy the resort.

Where is @Chitown!?? A FL Summit without Chi-town is no Summit! I will have to cancel the event! No Summit is complete without a true story!
@MJ DeMarco,
LOL!!!!

I've been keeping my head low. I just started checking back into the forum a couple of weeks ago. I missed the ticket sales. Is there a waiting list?
