I am 17, being for 2 years interested in "another way" and I've told myself that there MUST be a way to make 1 000 000 $ in 15 months. I am literally 24/7 reading, working and making screenshots around the forum (+300 now lol). I am in my first month and then something like THIS comes up. I am in my first month now and have a plan.

I don't believe in destiny but damn...amazing coincidence...

God bless you guys, keep the work up! [emoji108]

Reality check.

You're not going to take $3000 and turn it into $1M in 15 months. Period.

No one without any prior business experience has read this thread, took action, created an actual business and turned $3000 into $1M in 15 months. No one.

First of, your argument is invalid. Only because no one has ever done it before, doesn't mean that I won't do it.
Am I no one? Hell yes!

So, Allen, you 45-year-old think that I am another ignorant wannabe get-rich-quick teenager who's dreaming and hoping on his vibrancy, enthusiasm and luck? Do you think that I am a naive, unsophisticated, gullible, dewy-eyed boy, who should give up his ambition and rely on the system and it's securities (which will get us all killed!)? Do you REALLY think, I am like everyone else?
It is still possible, so yeah, lets go hard, intelligent and disciplined.

Challenge accepted ☆

Until October 21th, 2017 ☆

30 $ is what I got - 1 000 000 $ what I need ☆

17 years old ☆

There will be in 15 months a thread, just for you Allen ♡

Let's see, what I am capable of...

PS: Sorry for my bad english.

I just had to defame him. Bad attitude of mine.

But yeah, I see his point. He has a good intention. It's sometimes hard to see, how disenchanted we get, far away from realism...I should get real, but in the end I have to try. There is nothing worse than regret.

Defame all you want. I'm not trying to discourage you from starting a business. I'm just expressing that you should have a more attainable goal.

What if you only generated $100,000 USD in 15 months? Would you consider yourself a failure?

False. Rich Kid. Did it in 90 days. He went from flipping bicycles on CraigsList to rolling a Lambo in less time than it takes the average forum member to read The Millionaire Fast Lane. And he did it all with vague innuendos and no data/proof.

100 k is still damn nice but it's not about the amount, it's about reaching something extraordinary.

If I aim for 100 k, I probably get around 25 k, if I am lucky. If I aim for 1 kk, I could make much more (200k?). If my attainable goal was 100k, I would probably choose another business model and a quite different work behaviour as well. Pressure is also highly needed.

I hope you get my point.

I don't really care about getting the shot exactly, if the aim is high enough and the direction is right, the missing shot will still be around the right place.
We always get less than we expect.

It is better to aim high and miss than to aim low and hit. (For me)

I did.. My initial investment was about $3,000 and my gross this year should come in at about 1m. Its been about 15 months. Absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence.

And you had zero prior business experience? You joined the forum 5 years ago. Your journey wasn't 15 months.

There were several people at the summit who have made $1m in 15 months with small investments. None of them were zeroes beforehand, though.

I had a lot of wantrepreneur experience. I joined 5 years ago but i didn't start contributing until recently, when I started to have something to actually say. My guess is your conception is so tight knit that believing me would simply be unacceptable.

I never said I didn't believe you.

I actually somewhat disagree with @AllenCrawley's premise. $3,000 to $1m is possible for those without business experience. It's just highly unlikely and typically, that $3k to $1m story is preceded by years of process that is overlooked. In your case, you're overlooking the lessons you learned as a 'wantrepreneur' when, in reality, those lessons are what got you to where you are now. You wouldn't have done it without them, even though we all like to believe we could have.

Your defensiveness doesn't add to your credibility, nor does it add to my desire to pry further.

Ha! That's awesome. I had been following his thread years back. I'm happy he made it to where he did, he definitely took a lot of flak for being so open with his lofty goals :)

One word of caution (from experience) gross is meaningless, it's what you keep that matters. That's called profit.

I've done near $10mill gross.
Great bragging, right?
Nope!
I didn't manage to keep any of it. (Except for the experience)

Note: The seemingly insignificant distinctions of focusing on gross, vs on how much I could keep, is the difference between broke, and rich.

Congrats though, hope you had good profit!

This should be $1mill net after tax, to really be meaningful.

You cant get rich off of income, well you could, but you'd have to save for 50 years.. Lenders love growth and gross. The value of my shares love it too. Would you rather make 5 million over 50 years or 50 million in 5 minutes? Rhetorical

I know someone who managed $1,000,000 in about 18 months by selling t-shirts off TeeSpring. I don't know how much they started with but it's pure dropshipping so the only capital was ad spend.

The process is:

1) create multiple design ideas and keep listing. TS is a numbers game. Launching up to 100 fresh designs/week isn't uncommon.
2) send traffic to each shirt. Kill the losers. Scale the winners.
3) rinse/repeat.

That's about it.

There's more to it but that's the secret sauce.

But they only sell shirts. Lots of them and don't handle anything. It's a great biz model.

Ok – so my plan will take longer than 15 months but will make me a multi billionaire.

My Ultimate goal is own a car manufacturing company. – I have designed a car that runs off its self. I have worked thru the math several times over and created a computer model. I need to create a prototype, get a patent, and set-up a manufacturing plant. I will be able to match the current market value of new vehicles and still profit around 5k a car. However, due to economies of scale it requires an extreme amount of capital to get into the car manufacturing business. I would need roughly 2 mill just to get things going for me. So, I have decided to put that on hold for a few years.

In the mean time, I have come up with a web design that I know will bring in the revenue I need for my car design. This will take me a couple of years to build as I have to learn everything required to develop it. I am going to create a web site to learn on in a couple of months. I am currently reading web design for dummies and building social web applications. Once I finish these books I am going to get a book that covers html and css. After that I will continue studying different program languages.

So in short it will take me about two years to develop and go live with my website. Probably another 2 years to build it up to were I can sell for at least 5 mill. After that, another 2-4 years to build my car company. Ten year time frame = BILLIONAIRE.

Why not just patent your design etc and license the deal to a manufacturer?

Warmest regards,

Alexander
