I would like to start sending emails to a few businesses (tshirt print shops) would like to know more about how they work and any pain points they have and see if I can solve a problem. The problem I would like to understand is, as far as I am aware, tshirt printing is based on re-occuring customers and would like to better understand what problems they have in customer acquisition and retaining them and seeing if I could solve a problem about it.
